A Healthy Lifestyle Does Not Include Danger Foods

It is fair to assume that you want a Healthy Lifestyle that would allow you to live to its fullest. That Healthy Lifestyle will take seriously the impact of good nutrition and exercise on your quality of life. To better understand what you body needs nutritional, you need to know what you should stay away from. Take a trip to the hardware store and you will find products with strong warning labels. These products have ingredients that will make you very sick or cause death. Of course, one would never drink rat poison or weed killer. Yet people every day consume products from the local grocery store that would have the same long term affect as rat poison and weed killer.

For the safety of you and your family, learn to identify "Danger Foods".

You can have permanent fat loss and permanent weight loss.

Here is a partial list of "Danger Foods". These products will not support your healthy lifestyle.

All Pork Products

Shell Fish

Processed Meat and Hydrolyzed Soy Protein

White Flour

Hydrogenated Oils

Pasteurized, Homogenized Skim Milk- Reduced Fat Milk

White Sugar

Soft Drinks and Energy Drinks

High Fructose Corn Syrup

Artificial Sweeteners

Artificial Flavors and Sweeteners

Beer, Wine and Alcoholic Beverages

Also avoid frozen dinners, frozen pizzas, breakfast cereals, hot dogs, microwave popcorn, most canned fruit, peanut butter with sugar, maple syrup, prepared spaghetti sauces, canned soups, salad dressings, fruit punch, cookies, crackers, flavored yogurt, donuts, pastries, macaroni and cheese

Cheap food tends not to be healthy food. Become a student of nutrition and read food labels. Usually the longer the label, the more dangerous that food might be.

Will eating this make me healthy?

Will this food support my immune system?

Stay away from "Danger Foods" and experience a Healthy Lifestyle. You will also experience permanent fat loss and permanent weight loss.

Gerry, - amazing! What is left after all those foods are removed? I don't know if I could do this, but I appreciate you putting the information out here.
